Secure Packaging
Place the electronic device in its original box with all included accessories and cables to ensure it is protected during transit.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
